I'm not sure where to go with this guy.

Sutton

Age: 23
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: pitiful
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: sensational
Driving: sensational ↑ Passing: sensational
Inside Shot: prominent ↑ Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: tremendous Shot Blocking: sensational
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: pitiful

Cap: 20.07 (22 to 24) Skill Points: 97 (53/44)

Should I up his OD and JS to make him a better PF, or just roll with IS and ID and a more C route? Center is currently the weaker of the two positions on my team. My current PF...

Atak

Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: proficient
Driving: sensational Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: prolific Inside Def.: sensational
Rebounding: prolific Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: mediocre

Cap: 20.54 (20 to 22) Skill Points: 91 (49/42)

And yes, I know I should have given Atak some passing. :-(

I would train Sutton's ID and OD. The elastic effect will help his OD rise quicker than normal. What defense do you play most often? Kane once you train his OD and ID, you should up his JR a little bit to balance him out on offense. He looks a great trainee and can be a great PF in the near future. But it's really whatever you prefer.

I agree with basically everything jokeru said besides playing your guys up to 80 minutes a week. They only need 48 minutes per week for 100% training. A general consensus is that playing your players 50-65 minutes per week is the "sweet spot".

I wouldn't train OD at this point, it will go very slow with his height and age. I'd use the last trainable seasons to get IS and ID to good levels. He can attack at PF but defending will be a bit of trouble.

How do you have the total skill points displayed?

You count the skill points on the individual skills (not counting stamina and free throws).

Yes but it seems like he has it implemented in-game and I was looking for something like that for some time now.
