I'm sure all of us hope to not be stuck in this league for long as it will mean more revenue but until then we might as well get comfortable for the time being. Is there any National team coaches or former National coaches that are apart of this league? I must say it is very fitting to have Louisville and Syracuse in the same division as they are rivals that competed for years in the Big East and next year in the ACC. Two Australian pro teams will get the chance to battle one another in the Great 8. They just couldn't get away from one another, enjoy that battle.

Thanks for this report, knowing whereplayers are coming from is very interesting !

As Kvega said, I come from France and I have a newly formed team with very potential young players (one player in U21 french NT) so I will try something different in this league. I have no real strategy yet.

All the best to everyone and enjoy this first season together !

And Kvega i'm a Nanterre team fan (french national champion) and we have now two excellent former Ohio state players : David Lighty and Deshaun Thomas. 2 amazing players and 2 very humble guys, I hope we will continue the tradition, it an excellent university, your players have a very good mentality :)

That's awesome...I knew that David lighty was playing with Nanterre. He has to be my favorite Buckeye player as he was an amazing defensive player with a great character. Our recently graduated Aaron Craft would be a nice fit over there in Europe as well. Not as good offensively as either of those two but incredible defense and is a damn genius in the classroom. If he doesn't decide to continue on to be a doctor I would love to see him join DeShaun and David over in France.

Deshaun Thomas should no longer stay in France, Spurs would sign him next season, sources told me in Nanterre. He is very easy in European championship, big potential and I think he is physically ready for NBA.
David Lighty is the type of player who succeed in European play, very complete skills. But he has a mental problem and difficulties to become a real scorer this season for Nanterre, he will be better as a role player in a euroleague team. But I aggree with you, amazing player. We won the championship because of David MVP Lighty ! :)

Hi everybody. I am a French guy who live in Rouen, Normandy. I play BB since S14 and never reach DIII... So bad... I never played basket IRL (only football and tennis) and I'm an active player on Hattrick and PoWerplay manager.

Utopia league is a good news for me. BB annoys me sometimes, so develop a new team in a promising championship is enthousiastic. See you soon on the courts...

Hi everyone, I'm from Sydney, Australia. Don't let the GM tag intimidate you. I'm a really friendly and fair dinkum kind of guy.

Looking forward to trying out new strategies in the Utopian league where I have failed so badly in the Aussie league. And most important of all I hope everyone enjoys their time here as well as staying active to keep the competition flowing.

Remember that this game is a marathon, not a sprint. =P

Lies. He's a fake and a fraud. He's been cheating since he started and admits it openly.

Baaaiiiii!! Joking!

How interesting!! So many different nationalities and so much desire to win. Should be awesome.

I started with a rubbish team I think. I'll be last to promote most likely...

Good luck all!
