Scouting Department getting busy, Wizards amidst middling season

Following numerous failed franchises before it, the Fantasy Wizards have generated a good deal of buzz. This is reflected in the club's per-game attendance figures which push nearly eight thousand people packing The Weave every game.
In addition, for the first time, the franchise's scouting department has apparently been very busy. A few short weeks ago, nineteen players in conjunction with one another were spotted headed into the stadium at 4 AM local time- hours before the team's usual workouts. They emerged at 7:00 that same day, and the majority of the department a couple hours after that.
Owner Andrew Baillargeon is said to have allocated more funds towards the department than in the team's inaugural year. Baillargeon and general management appear to have placed more importance in developing home-grown talent than exploring the unreliable, often outrageous free agent or trade markets.
