Emerging stars get their chance

With the Scrimamge season upon England, coach Elmacca has shaken up the roster to give the nation's former U21 internationals a shot at making next season's lineup, while handing a surprise recall to 28 year old forward Ad Adamson.

24 year old guards Stanway and Dempsey will be out to impress, while 23 year old forward Pohlman and 22 year old SF Connor Anderson will also be pushing hard for spots on next season's roster.

Stu Wainwright, 24, has also been called up to battle with the big boys for the centre post in the starting five.

"Ad's back bacause he was injured at the start of the season and we want to see what he still has to offer," commented coach Elmacca. "And we're really excited at seeing what some of the former U21 stars can do on an NT court."

"This doesn't mean the end of their NT career for those players having a break from England duty. They are still in consideration and I expect several of them to return at the start of next season."
