Im wondering whether this player can be trained.

Weekly salary:
$ 6 244
DMI: 22100
Age: 19
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: starter
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: mediocre
Driving: inept Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: average

Experience: pitiful

I know he has low pontential, but im wondering if i can train him to be a all round player, each skill having about Average.

Sure, why not? Starter potential is only 2 levels below All Star potential, and they can reach 50k+/week salary. If you get all his skills up to respectable he will have a salary of about 10k/week. But training that many insideskills on a 6'2" guy is going to take a while..

I had a center with starter potential and I trained him until he averaged ~ 25 000 $ per week... So, you can train him for at least 2 more seasons, I'll say, if you train two positions... Maybe it's better to make him a classic SG, but that's your choice...
