POINT GUARD & SHOOTING GUARD

1st/2nd weeks: Jump Shot
3rd/4th weeks: Outside Defense
5th/6th weeks: Passing or Passing/1 on 1

then start again.

You could choose between 1 position training (but you probably could train only 3 maximum players) or 2 position training (and you could train 6 maximum players) but you always have to reason with minutes training. Players has to play at least 48' (to take 100% training session) during the week and no more than 84' (game shape could decrease)


POWER FORWARD & CENTER

SMALL FORWARD

It depends... it's the more difficult position to train for sure. I will suggest a personale training plan when I will know the skills of the player.
I personally trained SF 2 years as PG/SG and 2 years as PF/C... it's a big effort training Small Forward, but he could be very interesting.


During All Star Game and Pre/Off-season I usually suggest to train Stamina or Free Throws.

that's how a competitive 21years old player should be to take cyprus in top 30
Top nations are on average 4-5 skill's level upon these chart but i think these levels are good enough for now

well,cyprus right now isn't a new contry so i think that all users should try to elevate the standard of their trainee.
I've suggested a proportional system to apply your training plans but if you don't like i easily delete it

1) I cannot delete it, because I'm not a Mod or GM

2) I was talking about training plan, not about "which level of skills they should have"

3) You don't know which is Cyprus level at the moment, because I and ExTrAno_nInO only have the Data Base.

4) Then I personally don't agree with some skills, so it could be deviant for users who watch that

This thread spoke about "suggestions on training". I think that if you are interested about you could write a training plan too... nothing against you, but don't write skills that doesn't respect reality of my thoughts and effective Cyprus Level to nowadays.

Otherwise... thanks for interesting about Cyprus Community, I'm always glad to discuss about that

KISA FORVET

Duruma göre değişebilir... Kesinlikle antrenman vermek için zor bir pozisyon.Oyuncuların özelliklerini bildiğimden gerektiğinde kişisel antrenman programları vereceğim.
Şahsen ben 2 yıl KF, 2 yıl PG ve ŞG, 2 yılda P ve Uf antrenmanı verdim... Kısa Forvet yetiştirmek çok büyük bir emek istiyor ancak çok ilginç oyuncular olabilirler.


Allstar haftası ve sezon sonlarında Serbest atış ve Kondisyon antrenmanı vermeziniz öneririm.

first of all i don't impose anythink because i'm not anyone
second you're right i don't know the current level of cyprus players and because that i purposed my training plan with symbolic number,they don't represent the effective level of a skill but they're just a part of a proportional system made to avoid that some player train 1 vs 1 over and over just because his players pop everytime or they make some non-sense monoskill player.
If you don't agree some skills i'm listening to you right now because i know i'm not a top player of this game
