I'm not going to run for next election as COACH MORWOOD is going to try his luck. I can vouch for him as an experienced manager who has always been close to Malaysia nationals teams.

Thank goodness we have some pretty decent 19 year olds this season. I've been trying to rely on them for some time, but it's been hard just getting people to train them coz a bulk of the good ones are superstar or less.

That said, my work hasn't been carried over to the seniors for almost 10 seasons - sadly that was right as we manage to smoothen the transition process between the U21 and senior NT (or rather luckily it was then, or our senior NT won't survive for so long). Our last NT manager wasn't much interested in training and scouting, so a lot of potential NT players fizzled out. Our current NT manager is clueless and doesn't even know how to play the game at club level, despite being here for so long. I guided him a bit at the start but he totally ghosted me after that.

I'd dread handing over all my U21 efforts to someone else (I still have PTSD from what happened last time), but if it's someone like you, I'd definitely sleep soundly at night. That said, if things don't work out for Morwood this election, he's more than welcome to come coach our senior NT XD
