UPDATE:

Harbor City Storm are upset in the first round and steal the only D.II auto promotion spot already. Now All other D.II teams must win their league if they want to promote to the NBBA.

For S62, I believe this is the list of eligible teams to promote by record. There are four slots for non-league winners, and three were taken by the bolded teams. III.3 and III.12 faced each other in the finals, and only one team was upset in the playoffs.

That's the list I had as of end of the season. So if I'm reading your post correctly that the bolded teams are teams that did not win their league finals, then Phantom Thieves, Cassville Yuck, Eclypze, and Deeze Ridez will be the auto promotions. Johns Creek Wave finished 2nd in their conference (although the best second seed by a country mile) and therefore will not qualify for auto promotion.
