Hi,
I'm coach Whitewind reapplying for u21 duties for season 60/61. My motivation to continue running the u21 program is alive and well, and I'm dedicated to continue developing young Australian trainees. I am continuously mentoring managers that are asking for help behind the scenes and trying my best to get the best players we can from our nationality. The training methods of high performing nations are of interest to me and I am continuously trying to improve in my own knowledge to best give advice when approached. While the role of scouting, selecting and maintaining the u21 team is time consuming, it is something I look forward to doing and would put my personal best in if re elected.
