i COULD buy a couple of really good players, and make a run at promoting. its not the cost of buying them, rather the increase in salary would be punishing.
so i just rock along her in d III purgatory....not getting to heaven, not going to hell

I will be demoting. It's my first full season and second season overall. That will be refreshing. This is too high for a newbie like me.

yes, dont try to compete with managers who have been around for awhile. go down, win some games and make some cash there. I have been know to drop down a league to build up cash from time to time. cash is king. promoting to dII requires mounds of cash.

I couple of weeks ago I had dreams of MAYBE getting into first place... HA!
now Balls of Steel is in third, and dropping fast. some hard games coming and there is good chance that I will play in relegation, not in the playoffs.

Every season, our division is a nightmare to get through... Teams with winning records end up in relegation. You can't really sleep on any division opponent
