Can I nominate USA IV 35 for somewhere far far far down on this list? With only a couple actual games during the course of the season. Hopefully with the consolidation will fix this.

It just took too much effort and upkeep. Teams Bot out, or manager in, possibly active possibly jot, so frequently, that ranking the lower divisions is almost an hourly chore like a stock exchange ticker.
