Agree! Welcome to the new teams that are joining a really competitive league! In draft I got one decent Perennial Allstar and two throwbacks...

Nothing special in the draft (not surprising for late picks). I do know there were a couple 5 star A+ players. My top pick went to Wadsworth Grizzles (Zhang Guanfu a 6'5" HOF forward) and the other is now with the Village Idiots (Rod Williamson a 7'0" MVP center) so congrats to those teams!

and welcome to the new teams. Special shout out to petersburg who I ran into way back in season 28 in III.12 (they won and advanced to D II while my team finished last and went back to D IV)

yeah I had an early pick and did a lot of scouting. Didn't find the 6'5" guy, but I saw Williamson was 5/5 A+ and so was Noah Dyer (6'9" MVP drafted 14th by the Chicago Bulls). Williamson should fit right into my training plans - just have to make sure I can sustain the salary increases on my other guys.

Salary increases hit me hard, currently around 40k over budget. So I guess a couple luxury backups have to go

hello, you're lucky, I got all 3 with 6th man potential, so I show them the door.....

yeah, last season and this season the Great got very competitive, horrible timing to be on that side.

I like the change with 19 yr old prospects having proficient skills. I picked up 1 MVP who may stay on my roster. But Anyway I'm new and I promoted too soon. I may not win a single league game here, but I'll be able to train without worrying about winning so that's a plus. I've played BB on and off since like season 4, so I'm not new but my current team is in its 3rd full season so yeah.

I HATE the luxury tax! OK so you buy several top notch guys. And you get hit with financial penalty??

Hate it.

One of my rookies that I just let go came with one proficient skill as well, what a shame.

So, you know you way around the league that's good

Well good luck in your training.
