Winning helps too. I wouldn’t go for promotion right away if your team is still young. Like personally i would buy some young players who are like the same position. Pg and sg combo or pf and center combo. That way they can bot train together and give your team a good nucleus. D 3 is pretty much jus filled woth teams that have like 2-3 good vets and the rest if the team is trainees. I’m trying to build a well balanced team. Only thing is d4 for some reason none of my fans show up to my games even though I’m winning😭. So might have to move up to d3 and see if anything changes. Hipefully I will get promoted in the next few seasons
