After 67 games, one of my players finally popped from Atrocious to Pitiful in experience.

Which is pretty pitiful if you ask me.

Is that 67 regular season games? I think scrimmage/cup games add less to a player's experience. Also minutes matter. My player Dodge is at awful after 60 games.

67 total. And some of them were cameos.

I think Cup games add more but scrimmages add less. Still, it seems like a player needs 20 seasons before he gets any significant experience.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, I had a guy (in my previous team) I trained since 18. It took him around 28-29 to get respectable.

EDIT: Maybe minutes matter too.

Could not agree more. Ive been training and playing Shilling like a madman since he was drafted and he is still low, which is insane but there are a couple issues on this game that are just non realistic, that being one of them. My least favorite is the attendance, it is ridiculous in my opinion.
