When you start Buzzer beater, you typically start with about 300k, so use it wisely.
start by buying 1-3 decent players and then use 100k on your arena, save the rest for later.
By expanding your arena, you supply more seats for your fans, and the more people, the more money. Also it is highly recommended when starting off, to lower your seat prices so that more people will want to come. No one wants to pay tons of money to see a losing team. Your arena is the most important with, as it will supply all your financial needs.

tip#2 Merchandising
this is a smaller category, as merchandising is a fairly small amount of revenue for most of use.
But it can have a big impact by boosting your revenue by 30k, so it will be worth the investment.
to increase your merchandise you need to train people, and make them stars in our league.
Fans love home grown players, and well known players to, so the better you train your trainees, the more merchandise will come in.
