Hey guys,

I'm no expert in Basketball/NBA and I've still some problems to define the positions.

I've been told that PG&SG resp. CT&PG play by "pairs", need similiar skills but it's perfect if they complement in their additional strengths.

1. From their main skills (Jump Shot & Range, Outside Defence, Handling and Passing) the PG attach more importance in Passing, and the SG more importance in Shooting?
I was a little confused about this today, because my PG had 9 3pointer and the SG only 3 3pointer (they played ~ the same ammount of minutes in this game).

2. From their main skills (Inside Shooting, Rebounding, Driving, Inside Defense, Shot Blocking) the Center attach more importance to shooting abilities than the PF?

3. The SF is an allrounder and has strengths of both at best?

I know, you can mix up your team in different ways, but are these informations a good foundation in your opinion as Basketball-experts?

Thank you in advance for every hint :-)
