i am planning i just need some good draftess. so far so unlucky 3 or 4 times i had 1-2 pick there were no mvps on the draft at all or the best player was 50k worth perenial allstar... Hopefully this year ill get decent draftee. if i get one i can fire rockus and ill be maybe one of the strongest homegrown team in this list

My goal is to play at LBBL with all homegrown squad and win some games. I ocasionally buy some guys to come in rotation if i am playing at playoffs or to help at elimination matches. Its really hard to manage team economically while spending 40k on draft each week and still compete for promotion and train players. so sometimes it happens like i have 15 passing guy who is listed 32k salary pg gona be my future center:D Good draftess so hard to get for me but when i get one i must find a place in the training system for him by choosing mostly contributing training plan for whole team not for a particular player.

But sometimes you get lucky for example Norvaisis was drafted with like 7k salary and 65skillpoints:D now hes beast missmatch and scared every oponent.

And sometimes unlucky like tanked league 3 and got droped and best pick was like 30skillpoints superstar guard. had like -70k balance every week in div 4, won league, no one was scouting so i did, got 30 skillpoints mvp lol sold 100k cause bad skills distribution. Luckily i am fairly good economically with 2,8m cash in account and 15k arena.

Future should be bright unless i wont manage to win div 3 in few seasons till my centers will become unsustainable in salary.

Team of the Scroll has bought a 9k American player so he is no longer 100% home grown. Just thought you should know. ;) He is still 100% USA though.

Fantastic team ... that's my goal to have a team with homegrown players only.

Currently, I keep training big men if you look at my team (197874) ; BTW, how could you train both guard and forward positions at the same time? That's challenging.

Yep, its challenging but i managed to Now have 3 perenial allstars capped pg, sg and sf. training atm focused on pf and c and hopefully ill get something worth training this season from the drafts.

The strategy was since i had 2 small guys at start drafted i trained one pozition guard skills, after few seasons i drafted big man, next season another big man, the first of big man got season passing training, so now hes 110 skillpoints listed as 35k salary pg with 15 passing. When i drafted my 2nd big man whos now 111 skillpoints capped sf, i trained guard skills for 3 seasons 2 pozitions, like driving handling and jump shot. Then switched for big man training IS, ID SB and reb. Now 4th season i am training big man skills and hoping for 3 more before my superstar potencial guy caps and mvp one too, Planing 120 skillpoints for superstar. Btw my perenial allstar capped in mid of 6th training season at 111 skillpoints with lvl 4 trainer, just missed u21 as a guard because i was training 6,10 guy sg skills first 3 seasons Any higher lvl trained is uneconomicel althrough with lvl 7 i would have had my guy playing at u-21 start with those 2 or 3 extra pops...

There is a team in USA III.9, Miami Ocean Drivers, with an entirely homegrown roster. At one point, it appears he bought three players, all since sold.
