U21 Blocks

Feel free to post now. Got the NT games played list up, what does everybody think, any surprises? Do we think Bidny is ever even approached again? That's a full decade of dominance in game and then some.

what a great list. only having been looking at the NT level for the last few seasons i didnt recognise a good number of those players. shame some of them are retired! i thin Bidny has the no.1 spot wrapped up it would be insane to think another player could make it to that many appearances, never mind reaching the magic 100!
look forward to seeing some of the other stats eventually

Yeah, I think we'll find that a lot of the top spots are held by guys who were playing back when the game was starting up. That and Bidny will be in the top 15 of every single stat due to his absolutely massive time played. His lead in assists is obscene, I don't have it all put together, but he has more than 2x as many as 2nd place.

If you break into the NT at 24 and stick for 9 seasons, you have a chance of racking up a lot of caps. Need good runs in the consolation tournament though. I think that's possible at PG and PF, but not the other three positions.

Good player that Michael Bidny ;-)

Hard enough to replace at club level, let alone NT level! Pity I couldn't afford him earlier in his career, he'd have had better OD!

Yeah, it's crazy how long he was around, one of our best players and in great GS all that time, it'd be very tough to break. We don't really have any middle aged guys that even have a shot at it. For young guys there are a couple PGs and a a C that could be debuting soon, but to think of them staying around for like 10 seasons would be insane.

Nice Job for sure! And don't give up hope on Peter quite yet, he was a very serious callup consideration at several points this last season, and he's only 28th in minutes, so the dream may still be alive.(Though unfortunately for him Mackay is 27th).
