Hello All!

SpF here and i'm looking forward to a competitive season here at IV.50!
I'll do weekly reviews and cover the all-star game!
My teams in a current rebuilding stage right now and I look forward to what's in our future.

So I just joined and I was wondering how do/ how should I train my players? also looking forward to this season it will be neat to learn the ropes.

You need to train your youngest players,

Go to the manuel, and look at training...
