Well Naples Napalm has shelled out some big bucks. Looks like his tanking days are over as he bought young players with combined salaries of over $100K who can anchor his team for many season even into D.IV. They should be a real league power next season. This should completely change the dynamics of the league. On the bright side, this will at least mean better luck for the rest of us in the draft, but that's only a small consolation.
