Ensuite, je souhaite savoir si quelqu'un est motivé pour m'aider dans mon travail. Le poste des U21 coach est difficile car c'est souvent lui qui aide les coachs pour former les jeunes. De son travail dépend l'avenir de l'équipe A car si aucun jeune n'est formé alors il n'y aura aucun joueur pour prendre la relève.
Ce travail constitue à aider les coachs à entrainer leur joueur et ne pas gaspiller des futurs talents! Il faut aussi demander les profils des joueurs pour les tenir à jour pour savoir quand il pourront intégrer l'équipe U21.
Pour ne pas favoriser celui qui voudra travailler avec moi, il s'occupera uniquement des joueurs jouant à l'étranger.
De plus, j'aimerai savoir quelle est la langue la plus courante? Anglais, français?
