1. How do you manage player's minutes in the allstar week? My team has 6 trainees and not only I would lose 2 training spots but also the weekly minutes distribution looks unmanageable.
That is the challenge this week, which gives the game more depth.
I would suggest to focus on good minutes for your starting players as well as the most important trainees or think about different training for some of them … or stamina/game shape or free throws if you do not have the court.
2. Outside defense training:
- 90% efficiency for one-position SG
- 80% efficiency for one-position SF
- 70% efficiency for one-position PF
but if you go for a three-position training for SG/SF/PF, all three receives 90%? Am I reading this correctly?

I am not 100 % sure about the exact coefficients but it is more like this example:
1 Pos. at 100 % (for 1 Position training)
1 Position-Trainng for 2 players: 100 x 0,65 = 0,65 (for each player)
1 Pos.-Training for 2 players „out of Position“: 100 x 0,65 x 0,9 = 0,59 (for each player).
2 Pos.-Trainig for 3 players might be the same coefficient about 0,65 … but I do not have any numbers.
