Can we get confirmation? If the penalty is still their the season 30 post needs to be edited.

The penalties are already remodelled.
There is a change to the training from last season. I had to look twice to see it.

Example:
Season 29
1 Position Training OD
PG - 100%
SG - 80%
SF - 70%
PF - 60%
C - 50%

Season 30
1 Position Training OD
PG - 100%
SG - 90%
SF - 80%
PF - 70%
C - 60%

More and more I think the coders are trying to get one of us to lay out a sensible, simple, fair training program. They seem locked in on the illogical, complex, bizarre system currently in place.

Ugh...they really got my hopes up!

There's already penalties in place for training "out of position" skills. One is the height factor. The other is, it's already a sacrifice to use valuable training time to have a center train passing or ball handling, when it's hard enough to boost primary skills. To lessen the effects of training makes it almost pointless. But I guess I'm preaching to the choir...

Thank you BB for not changing it to no penalty completely, because I would absolutely hate that and it would be atrocious. If there is no penalty, then training would be way too easy, and everyone will have super players, especially small forwards.

Compeletely agree. You have to sacrifice some games to have an allaround

I think the latest changes are pretty logical.

Passing trains fastest at PG, slowest at C, where's the problem with that?
