I don't think Wolph's initial intention was to be mean...
But I think the general message from all 'n' sundry here is that Japan U21's
WILL be coached locally. This is immutable - we have two good candidates, and from what I've been able to learn thus far (I've been playing but a single season), Nippon will go with a local candidate - even to the point of giving a new guy a shot (and thus developing local managers) - over someone who is outside our nation.
That is in no way disrespect to you, nor is it motivated in any way other than being intent on developing what we have here. At least... that's my perspective, and one of someone who's still a n00b... but I am pretty sure I'm right.
Your time would be better spent trying to get a position where you have a chance, because in Japan, when there are local candidates, you have *no* chance. We will vote local.
