Last question (perhaps), so does it mean that it's a matter of randomness in this issue, so a guy may get exhausted earlier than others, such as he may be tougther and do foults earlier than others?

Does somebody know which tactic works best against a 3-2 defence with defensive oriented bigs?

I feel like this playstyle is pretty overpowered...

Is it racional to start training players with single position training till 21(for example), and then move on to the two position training?
Are the players gonna be on same level as those who start with two position training, or it doesnt matter?

It is absolutely racional. As far as you create a good elastic effect to optimize the development of your players, following a single position training is a really good option. For example, training shot blocking only for C is a very good start to get a tought team in a short period of time.

However, training two position training allows you both creating elastic effect to your players and training more players at the same time. You will be able to sell some of those players in the future to get some cash to invest in any other part of the game.

It depend's on what your aim is. If you want to flip players on TL, I'd stick to optimal training (with the least possible slots).
Reasoning behind this is, that many players on TL are trained this way and you'd fall behind if you trained 2 pos for 1 pos training. Thus your prospect price would have to go down.

However, if you tend to keep those as your homegrown base. It's absolutely reasonable, since in total you'll get more experience as you would with single position.

Decrease of xp gained is about -20% on training effectivity with i.e. 2 pos IS, per player, but since you double the amount of players trained, you actually gain 60%

And if i switch to a one on one (two position training) later on in their careers (21-22 years), are the effects gonna be the same like if i did one on one (mainly) from 18 till 21, and then switched to one position training?
Another question: i read on the forum that difference between lvl 4 and lvl 7 trainer when everything else is max out (gym, youth trainer, training court) is like 10 pops for 8 season of full training, is that close to real estimation?
P.S What is "optimal training"?

I'd lie if I told you exact numbers about pops. I'm not sure about it, but it's something about that you wrote.

Optimal training = minimum posts covered by training... so i.e. 1v1 optimal is 2 positions trained. For IS 1 pos.

The reason why most suggest starting with 1v1 is because it's fastest training. And more important, it builds elastic effect for other skills. Check out bubbles buzzerbeater account on YT, for more info.

So elastic effect is more of a reason to do 1v1 early. With age, your prospects start to slow down in training. And elastic effect kind of mitigates this.

1v1 early is also good because you can start with 6 18yo players and flip 3 of them on TL when you want to swap to single position training later.

But don't forget, it's your team, experiment, do your own stuff. Otherwise it might start to be tedious for you.
