How long does the manager need to be inactive for him/her to become BOT?

So in the worst case scenario - a manager buys a yearly supporter on 1st of May 2025 and the last login is on 2nd of May 2025....then he will become a BOT on 1st of May 2026 because the system waits until the supporter expires?
Is this how it works, please? Can anybody 100% confirm this, please?

Hello, all.
I have recently found out that one of my players feel fatigue in my games. He ussually plays around 38 minutes before he is sent to the bench because that reason. Is it known what causes that fatigue? Do they recover its energy after being removed from the game?
