Hello again! I am writing this without knowing if i am through the next round of the election, but i believe it is important to present my plan more thoroughly! So here we go... If i am elected, the national team will be formed by 15 players. A manager of a national team can call up to 18 players, but i will leave three places blank, just in case a very talented and good player comes up! Also these three places might be filled in the process, in order to congratulate the managers whose players will have been well trained and according to the training regime that i will provide the coaches with! The team will be formed mostly by 21 year old players but if some 20 year olds are better i won't hesitate to call them. As for the development of the 18-19-20 year olds, as i said before, i will contact all the coaches who have a Barbados u21 player with potential at least perennial allstar( players with lower potential who are promising and their skills are what we are looking for will be also considered) and i will ask them if they are interested to train their players according to the training plan that i will give them. I wrote in my speech about what i believe are the most important skills to train, specially for the 18 and the 19 year olds. With the development of the young players but also with other aspects of the NT, i will be helped by coach invinsible13
(143060), a very willing and promising manager! Also i will make it clear to the coaches of the Barbados players, that keeping their players to ideal game shape, is of the utmost importance! I can't stress enough how important game shapes are! Furthermore if i am elected, i will be frequently available for discussion and questions about the games and the NT in general, in the forum!
