Hi guys, I cant remember the info regarding the elastic effect when it comes to SB training.

Is it better to first train RB to support SB? Or SB is first to support RB? And how does ID and SB work together when it comes to elastic, please?
Thank you so much

SB and ID give each other elastic and ID also gives RB. RB doesn't give any

SB training 1 pos gives: 0.5 SB 0.2 ID 0.1 RB
RB training 2 pos gives: 0.5 RB 0.05 ID 0.05 IS
ID training 1 pos gives: 0.5 ID 0.1 SB 0.05 IS

So I'd recommend starting with SB, create elastic for ID then ID to create elastic for RB

Would like to know what people's opinion on training is...

1- Is it important to train ID before Rebounding?

I trained a few selected players 1-on-1 Forwards last season, and now wonder what is best to switch to....
As I see my team giving up worst weekend rebound against stats! I don't know if my players loose this "elasticity" if I train Rebounding before ID...

2- love the 1-on-1 Forward, would you suggest to continue as long as the players pop or switch at one point?

Thanks!
