How can I get one of my favorite veteran player retired? Now he is in the hall of fame, and I don't want to fire him. Is there a way to retire him (37 years old, 18k salary, SG/SF)? His roster spot would be great opportunity to a young talent.

Training and cross training question

Example: If you have a one position training such as od and select the two position option like PG and SG, do you just get 50% of the training for those two positions or is it some other percentage? And is the percentage of training the same for all other training options like inside defense, passing, etc?

Cross training: if you do select the two position option like pg and sg for od, do you still get the full 10% value for the cross training or is it just 10% of whatever percentage you receive when selecting the two position option?
