Maybe the simplest way to avoid confusion is to publish a table with the local time of each participant's country, do you want me to prepare it?
Actually this is unfortunately not a good idea, as some countries such as USA and Australia reside over multiple time zones.
Each team needs to be given it's own match time. This is why I asked time zone information from each manager residing in countries with 2 or more time zones in them, and created a list here:

Most likely I will copy this team information from this above list to both official HGL threads today. But I guess it would be necessary also to write some kind of introductory/reminder post as well first, so that process goes smoothly...
