I know what you are doing coach its just that from what I've noticed after U21 stint most of the more promising players are not being trained anymore. There was this very very good player forgot his name his skills were way better than Solarta and almost at par with Dispo when he graduated from U21 squad sadly he wasn't trained anymore by the owner. We would have had another super SF right now in the NT squad. We tried to buy him once when he was in the TL bidding went up to 4 mil we lost out in the end.

It isn't your fault nor of the NT manager. It is all in the players owners hand already. All you can do is give advice.

I dont think so if my .player will be a strong candidate for u21 for next 2 seasons.. my main goal here is to train my player to be a NT player in future.

I am referring to my player, coach. Robee Dipasupil.

Unfortunately it seems you will not be the one that will handle him in Season 34 . :(

Back to business. Any news about the crop of 19 years old this year coach? I doubt if I can still alter my training regimen for him because he is just my secondary trainee but I will do what I can to help the U21 for Season 34.

A pot of PAS rarely reach the NT.

Actually, I never saw one in the last few seasons.

Please, train him for the U21. That way your merch plus will be assured as well as helping our national cause.

I agree with morwood, like beast said, he is experementing. I love to see that player something like this,

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: strong ↑ Handling: prominent
Driving: prominent Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: sensational Inside Def.: sensational
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: mediocre

that would be a great addition for u21.

I have 1 SF in my roster who I am training (Ignacio). Still young (20), he will be a shooting guard for coach M next season but will convert him to sf for NT. Change of ownership is a problem for every NT. Especially if the new owner does not want to train. We waste good talent. It is easy to track down players who make it to u21 but I find it difficult to keep track of the ones who don't make it. For the guys who are being mentored no issues. Lets just be vigilant for the managers who go bot and it is difficult to buy now with the current inflation of players.

I can absorb 3 Senior NT players (liquid ako in terms of cash). I know some old teams can absorb as well but 4M is a steep price for a great prospect. I would rather buy one of our core players because I am not in a position to train. I have three trainees.
TL now has a lot of intriguing young prospects (MVP and higher). I think a good solution is to get the 2,000 and up high potential players who are 18. They can be trained for Senior NT purposes, just a suggestion. I think players should really be finished when they reach 25 and just polish their skills a bit at age 25 and 26. Even stamina and FT's help a little.
