If you want him to be a SF you need more OD.

With his height that should train rather quickly.

I'd go OD next season. I'm not sure how much you will get, but perhaps 17-18 OD should be a goal.

Then the next 2 seasons I would suggest one on one forwards.

I'm not sure where to go from there. Maybe some more passing. But otherwise for his height he looks good to go with the above.

My first impression is that JR of 4 & SB of 4 are going to limit your player's usefulness. Why pay for Wondrous JS if you don't have any range? IMO, a SF needs to be able to do what SGs do as well as what PFs do.

My perfect SF would look like this:
16 12
17 16
15 14
18 15
9 9

how to build such a player, I do not know

He definitely need more OD, and guard skills in general. I would recommend some 1v1 Forwards to bring up his HA/DR to about 11-12 each (and hope for an IS pop or two). From there, you should work on his OD, Passing, and JR.

He definitely has plenty of ID and adequate REB, so for the moment you can probably consider his inside skills done (I'd like to see more shot blocking, but at his age, other skills are probably more important).

The exact skills to shoot for are going to depend on what kind of offence you want to run. If you are going to run an inside based offence, he needs more IS, Passing, and Driving. If you want to play outside, he needs more JS, JR, and Passing. If you want him to just be a lock-down defender, then just focus on OD and SB.

I would recommend getting him to 12 DR/HA, 15 OD, 10 JR, and 12 Passing, in that order. I'm not sure how long that will take you, but you could train more in whatever area you want him to focus on.

I have seen some guys around 6-4 to 6-8 with similar skill sets. They need to have good secondaries in the inside stats to make it work.

I know having high JS without much JR is an issue. However, I had a player from season 23-26 who is in my hall of fame. He had: 18/6/6/15/17/6 stats at age 36...after he dropped in some skills. His rating was around 11.5. He could shoot very well from the field and averaged close to 50% at age 34/35 against Div IV competition. His three point shot fell considerably when I got to Div III.

Bascially I agree it is kinda a waste to have JS without JR. But I'm not going to train JR over OD...especially if I play inside or balanced offenses. He's just too old to try to do both and wasn't born ideal!

I agree it seems impossible to create. But I think best bet is to wait until one of these Chinese managers build him and buy.. I have seen some amazing builds from them.

That may seem funny buy its very true. The other problem in affording him from bidding . I think something like that would be at least 3million to start maybe more..
