Hello Everybody!

My name is Ziga, 25 years old and come from Slovenia. I am playing this game for 2 years now (5th season i think) and want to set myself a new challenge and I believe The Luxembourg NT would make a great challenge.

I will not make a philosophic approach to my candidacy, but rather write down my main goals for the NT:

1. Make and maintain contact with U21 manager to try and make a future plan of developing players of tommorow and then try to connect the players with manager who would be prepared to train them.

2. Approach the managers in the I. Luxembourg league and try to get them more involved in developing the future stars of the NT. I want everyone to feel free to contact me about whatever they need. Only with cooperating with domestic managers can make this NT work.

3. Try to establish a solid, devoted team of NT scouts. It is offcourse recommended that some of the domestic managers would be willing to join. I have also my team of 3 scouts from my country.

4. Bring the NT Match reports to life. I would make a before and after match analysis of the forthcoming games, which includes tactics, starting lineup. I will always welcome suggestions, critics etc.

I will not promise any miracles, because at this state of affairs it would be unfair and it would not correspond to reality. We have to start building for the future and set a healthy core.

What I bring to the NT:

- Experience(I am also in constant contact with our NT manager, who made a huge impact on our NT and I am aware how he does that - I want to bring that to this NT also!)

Hi everybody

I'm Fulek from France (so my english is not perfect) and I would like to take in charge a national team.
I've choosen Luxembourg NT cause I think that my 10 seasons's experience on BB can bring a new life to this team.

I'm 36, I'm in BB since season 9, and my personnal team, Mûrs-Erigné (87326), was promoted in Ligue III.3 in the french league. In the real life, i've had Basket ball team Management experience for 10 years and I think it's an important point.

A National team is a new challenge for me, so I would take two, three or four assistants who will have scouting missions but also will participate actively in the game preparation and differents choices to make (players and tactics ), the final decision remaining to the coach.

A list of the best players in the country will be conducted to determine the players likely to be selected, and objectives of trainings will be given to their coaches so that it has a progression that will result in itself an increase of the team.

A team is built over the lenght, so the young players, U21 or not, will be regularly integrated into the team to give them additional experience.

All tactical choices will depend on the opponent and the day's form even if a general directive could be established early in the season.

I am open to any proposal and any additional comment.
