You're running for office and you won't give out any information in public. I'm trying to be transparent, whereas you don't seem very trustworthy since you can't even trust the country to give out information in public.
I'm only going to say one thing regarding this right now, because i don't want this to become about me and you.
You initially called me out for not trusting me with private information. So i took this to heart, and said that i have some ideas on how i would like to improve communication but wanted to resort to answering a question in pm because it might contain some sensitive information. You then called me out for not sharing information because i was attempting to respect the privacy of the owners whose players were going to be on there w/ skillsets. So you basically are playing both sides of the coin here, and no matter what i try to do you are going to attempt to play it off as if i had done something sketchy.

So with that said, i'd like to at least try to get this subject back onto what should actually be talked about
How does Canada become relevant enough to make the 2nd round of worlds again, which is clearly something they have been capable of previously? Let's not talk about your job in season 27 as the interim manager of your reelection thereafter, let's not talk about Fwinn's approach, lets talk what actually gets Canada better.
My guess is based on what i've seen here is as follows:
1) You guys probably have an offsite forum, and my expectation is it's not very active. Some people post here and there, but it's not a place where people go anymore and share build information, and talk about u21 tactics or team training tactics. This is what happened in the US forums slowly since season 25 or so as the playerbase fell, which is why i made the educated guess haha. Then what do you want to do to fix it? I would tell you that it's more reasonable to use Discord for a few reasons. 1) it's free. 2) it has voice and chat channels both. 3) you can either go to the website and login on a browser page, download the program to your computer, or download the app to your phone. So you have access across three different methods. The downside is that if you say something spur of the moment out of frustration, that is on the internet (unless you are really quick to delete it, in which case only a few might see it).
2) The biggest obstacle is getting people interested in being involved as a scout, with a close 2nd being the struggle of getting people to develop talent for the u21 AND at the same time keeping said players in good gameshape. I've got some decent ideas for getting people to develop talent at minimum, but i'll admit getting people in smaller countries that buy players to see the benefits of good GameShape is difficult. Does anyone looking at this debate have room for players? does anyone want to learn how to develop players? I'd love to get a feel for that.
3) We don't have a consistent plan of attack across managers. I spent time talking to Cletus back in seasons 36-39 (you can see some of the basic conversation on the u21 discussions in a few of those threads here). I've looked at Fwinn's games and asked him a question in PM to which he responded, so i know that the general approach is inconsistent. Would it be easier for talent developers to have a consistent message? If so, what approach is best?
