I have a question regarding the Gym. It says
The effect is very similar to the already existing cross training, in essence, the gym is giving your team more cross training "slots".
But how does that translates in the calculations?
From what I've read, the regular training of an average player returns:
+ 90% of the selected type (most % goes to primary skill and some % to the related skills) +
+ 10% of unrelated skill

If for level 1 Gym you get +5%(it is arbitrary number for the sake of the argument) cross training of additional unrelated skill, does that mean:
- You get +5% from the Gym to additional unrelated skill added to the the full 90%+10% training, giving you 105% net training.
- Or you get additional cross training at the expense of the primary training. Primary training is reduced to 85% + 10% cross training of one skill + 5% cross training of additional unrelated skill (Net training 100%)

I read in this thread that it adds a % to an unrelated skill, so in essence you are getting this 105% you are commenting without lowering primary training.

(299939.1)

"Gym: it grants a boost to the cross-training.
Practical example: while training Passing, more or less 10% of the points earned from the single session is given to a random skill, randomly chosen from the ones that are not directly trained. The Gym grants some more points to this bonus, supposedly without taking away anything from the direct training."

Has that argument been confirmed? The author uses the term "supposedly".
