The bid history is visible under the "Show/hide last transfer bid history" link on the player's page. Looks like two different teams were bidding his value up, neither of which were the previous owner. The last team bidding is a team that just promoted to division 3 and is looking to expand his roster for the new league, so it makes sense to me that he would be pursuing a player like this, maybe he got a little emotional as your auto-bid reraised him a bit further than he really should have / intended to, but it's a big jump from there to assume malice.

its visible the player is not value so high...

For me it looks like he just quite didn't understand how the autobid works. He may thought the value is not going over the transfer price estimate or something

I believe that the autobid function is not described under the Game Manual at the moment, as it is such a new addition to the game. I believe adding a short descriptive paragraph under the "Transfer list" section would really help new managers understand this feature better.

Sure, that's a good point! I had missed this one to be honest, or at least I didn't "actively see" this one. So the information is there already, maybe it can just be copied to the game manual as well, just to have all of this info together at one place. It would probably help the newer managers and all the people reading it in general to again find this information there again.
