But two positions pressure training gives him %60-65 of the training. You can train two positions one on one or jump shot for this week if you want. If you are going to train pressure, go with one position pressure :)

I had -no clue- two-pos pressure training was as low as 60-65% training efficiency compared to one-pos pressure training.
With 48 min of course since he would have that on two-pos pressure training.
I must try to read the help files again.
I thought two-position trainings was like 90% efficiency compared to one-pos.

44 min might be more then 85% btw.
Do you have the link to the data on how it drops down from 48 min and 100%?

If two position training was %90 effiency, everyone would train 6 guys with two position training. It is much less than that. I would say always train one position training (for pressure, passing, jr, is, id etc.)
