No i meant here or any other thread that is open and related, i posted on our fb group that we need to step up and start training players in the 150+ TSP category. I wanted to know from other managers if we have ever seen one (Filipino player) break this threshold. I highly doubt it. At 130-135 TSP Mvp's seem to cap or almost max out and training becomes three times slower.

I have only seen a few HOF's and ATG's break into this category. A player who can theoretically play the SG/SF/PF and be dominant. The challenge here is avoid capping too soon.

Well, I hope some of our Pinoy managers have one of those players who could possibly reach that threshold and help build our U21 team.

I don't suppose my 19-year old MVP can reach that though, lol

Sa seniors may isa tayo na player na 141 but the good news yung mga bata natin 125+ and they are still young, 150 can be done. I have seen a few like Obi when trying to acquire a player on the TL what I notice is basta wag mo lang i max ang defensive/offensive skill kaya talaga. Montenejo looks like he can do it kasi mas balanced ang orientation. Garlit was nicely built as well but yung age niya is not desirable for training.

I would say at least superior (higher pa rin is better), good starting skills (50+ TSP), team is actively playing even in the playoffs additional 1-2 weeks of training. 27 tapos ka na dapat. Pag injured yung player you must be training stamina or ft. Yung nakita ko kasi 27 years old lang. The funny thing is yung sweldo is reasonable nasa 150k+. China had 2 if I remember correctly.

Hindi siya doable at mvp just to correct Ash, hof and atg kaya. I saw 2 swiss players reach 150+ when i was scouting before tapos meron pa 2 na polish players ang hirap nito gawin (banatan ng buto) 50+ tsp might be too low to start out with. High 50's siguro. Dati i used to see rookies with a starting salary of 6k na 18 pero bihira na ganoon kataas ang potential, wala tayong blueprint niya brother. We need someone from this group crazy enough to build one. So it may not be off topic. Hindi dapat legendary ang JS, IS, ID at OD tamang prodigous lang. 15-18 TSP sa primaries tapos high secondaries.

My own player is 105 TSP (Ignacio) pero 22 palang naman siya.
