1. create a database of managers willing to sacrifice and train their players for our national team
>> kaya nga ako favor sa mungkahi ni Lolo Smith na he will allot 10 slots for pinoy GMs in the NT, mas ok nga sana kung pure pinoys tlga
2. Players in the database should be constantly posted in a NT training program thread , where even non NT managers can follow the progress of the team
3. create a recruitment program to increase BB users in the country.
> if we have high usage of pinoy BB users this will foster more competition and strong competition can lead to a strong player database, lalo na if we implement the Mentorship program na nabanggit din ni Pepe Smith, este Lolo pala.
> a strong BB community also should have active forum participation . I know merong Fb page ang BB and i also encourage BB managers to join that group.

This is a very challenging game which improves decision making, management style and planning. Kaya nga professionals play this game more rather that teenagers kasi merong real life applications ang laro na ito.

frankly sa incoming NT manager e, i dont care kung mapa rating mo ang current BB team to an Asian medal or good showing sa worlds sa ngayon.

i can say na successful NT manager ka kung kaya mong ma implement yung tatlong programang nabanggit ko, lalong lalo na yung point no.3 of increasing pinoy BB users.

i would like to take this chance to thank my recruiter, Doc Gian of Highland Shields, isang buwan niya akong kinulit to join this game last year and i am now in season 4 and have recruited 4 BB managers already sa span na iyon and continuing to convince my philippine fantasy league co GMs to join the BB community

Questions for the candidates:

1. If there would be no rules on running the NT, and you could do something outrageous what would it be and why?

2. What is something that you have done in BB, that you will never do again?

3. If you could change one of the player in the NT roster, who would it be and why?

4. What is the essence of being the Pilipinas NT Manager?

5. Right now there is a protest going on, calling the NT Election biased. Convince them they are wrong.

To abu.

Pero any way good luck sa inyong mga candidate..

Number of pinoy managers dati reach a high of around 1200 pero ang problema lang daming multi team managers nuon. If maniwala kayo o hindi dati may isang group of teams (which we guessed was handled by one peson only) ang gawa nila lang talaga is to make U21 players. Yan ang trip niya season after season. Tanonging mu or kausapin mu the only answer you get is yes... maybe.... will see.... Pasalamat kaming mga U21 manager na nagtrain yun ng U21 players problema lang alam namin in the end ibenta lang niya yun sa iba para magtrain naman uli ng new batch players and kainis na gusto mu kausapin para sa training regime ayaw magreply.

Pero tama ka Abu it just takes a dedicated BB addict to convince people to join and stay so making them enjoy the game talaga is the key to that. May mga tao lang na hindi talaga magtagal sa BB kasi BB is a long term game. Its not like in one year real life time umabot ka agad ng PPL (well its possible) so patience talaga is a virtue and sadly its not something many people have when it comes to online games.

I don't know about professionals play this game more but sa mga kaibigan ko dito when I was starting most were college students.

1. If there were no rules I'd fix the elections every season to make sure only the most competent would win. It's doable bcoz the most you need to win the elections is an average of 20 to 30 votes only. That is how few voters we have during elections. But that would be the biased voting people are now complaining.

2. Not keeping my temper in check. I feel like I've had too many run ins with pinoy BB managers bcoz I didn't keep my temper in check when I had disagreements with them. Traits of an old person :P

3. One player I would have changed is Discar a shooting guard of Team Mokong. His 200k salary is outrageous for a SG if you know his stats. If he had less JR and more of the other skill stats he would have been a very deadly SG. And I pity the his manager also of the burden he is carrying. He won't let go even if he is in league 3. He will have this very hard task of getting back to league 2 with a 200k player in his roster. That is what I call a manager with sentimental attachment to his player he has trained for many years and the kind of managers I am trying to make out of newer managers. It has his pros and cons but if you know how to manage your team well it will be more pro than con.

One thing JsMoove of Celestial Wrath (many time PPL and Cup Champion) said to me is that in order to be successful individually in BB is to be ruthless and have no emotional attachment to your players. If you need to fire then fire. Do not hold on to them that is one key to succeed in BB.

4. Essence of a NT manager? Is to be able to accept criticisms/advice because it is part of the job. Yes as a person you have the right to be mad when someone is falsely accusing you of something you know isn't right. But by running for the National Team and especially if you win it is part of the job that you accept whatever criticism that comes your way. Being a U21/NT manager doesn't mean you are above everyone. Because if you think like that then you are the same as most of our politicians in our country and we all know how they are.

In the internet more often arguments and misunderstanding occur when one is reading a message differently than what the sender is trying to imply. It is different reading a message online as compared to talking to the same person in real life. In the end we are all humans as humans we make mistakes. To err is something that makes us humans not robots.

5. We will agree to disagree about elections being biased. I like new blood being interested in the NT/U21 scene. But by saying they deserve to be the manager without having any qualifications to do so and saying its biased to a few individuals each season is like saying a waiter in a cruise ship has the right to navigate the ship coz he deserves to have the chance to do so because he is part of the crew of the ship. Just being brutally frank.
