I understand what you mean, but you need to have one or 2 guy's to get the forum going...

couple of good suggestions were made, such as 1 forum for the BBBL, 1 forum for all the II teams, etc. Problem is, if you got a couple of active guy's in one division, they could end up taking over the III forum or the II forum, which would leave others out a bitt...

I got an idea for making people clear there is a forum :)

it is very simple:
If you haven't read all the Threads of the forum of your country,
then maybe we could set a red exclamation mark between brackets next to forums in your menu on the left,
similar to the one if you got any BB-mail. And if someone answers on a message of you in a thread, then a Blue exclamation mark.

I think that if this is possible it would be a great improvement :)

Grtz!

Kiks

!ngkor, U are complaining on a lac of support on the forum, that there was no respons for 3 days... I set a message on our local forum for more than a week and I didn't get a response from u...

The biggest problem of the local forums on buzzerbeater is: when a new manager puts his expectations of the season on a league forum, he has been laughed out... that is reality and is not working very supporting for new managers or managers that just has promoted to a new and better league for the first time... so they would stop going to the forums, like what happend to me some years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
U can say that it isn't realistic, but help that manager and say how he could improve his team!!! if all the managers with a little bit of experience do that, that will make that new managers will come, that they will play the game for longer and so more active managers on the forum!!!

I hope that the Belgium community will have something on my reaction and hope that new managers will come on the forum an get supporting reactions!

grtz

hi nimportecky;

Have to say your right on all your points, only on the fact that new managers could ask help but most of them you'll never hear or see anything doing.
I'm mostly online on saturday on chat andf if a ne manager would come in I'm allways willing to help them but then they need to ask questions. But I never see anyone new. at the end of previous season I had e new manager and I'm helping him if he has questions I'll answer them but if I see that they don't follow up the advice to manage their minutes of their roster I'll give it up because that is the first thing I explain to them and why it's so damned important to have a good GS of the players.

second thing I have to say is I'm in divIII.14 I'm allways reading the forum over there but not the new guys or promoted guys haven't sayd anything yet Still waiting on them to give some response because I had posted my prognoses of standings at the end of the season for the great8 nog the big 8 because that will be a close 1 for 5 teams :). The only person who did react was Jacky D., I even had written that most players NEED to manage their miinutes for their GS and still only jacky did react what else can I do over there? what I will do is make contact due BB-Mail and hoping that they show us some action xD.
But let us be honest if they don't want to ask some questions what will you do then?

Also the topic you reacted in for helping new managers that could be a good thing to put in the first bb-mail al new players get. then they know that players who have experiance are willing to help them out also a sticky could do very much.
Think I'm gonna need to do something about it then but I have a problem and I'm not sure I can stay on very much longer in this game.
If you wanna help out make contact with Testor
Manager: Testor
Country: Belgium
League: IV.4

He has allready a good basic but need some more advice concidering Tactics and you'll need to keep hammering on minute management but it's someone who listens to all the advice you'll give him xD

Hi, sorry I think there is a misunderstanding, exactly wich forum did you post a message for me?

If it is in your division forum, I am sorry but I am not obligated to read every division forum...
