Depends on purpose of your training. When you develop U21 players, potential cap usually determines the age - you hit it, you end the training. If you train mainly for your team, probably 24-25 yo should be the border age - at this age your guys can make only 15-25 pops before 32 yo, so why would you waste your time, when you can start training new prospects? Finally, there are NTs, where you train as long as you can.
