Well, i think i will try to look for a good big man with a good secondary skills and buy him , so maybe it will be faster than train it..

Remember that height only matters in training, during the game, height does not matter :) So in training, taller player will train faster for inside skills and vise versa.

Yeah your guys have bad secondaries so it would take some time to train them to decent levels. Secondaries are more important to me than primaries when buying a trainee, because they are harder to train. If you have the money to buy a trainee with better secondaries, that might be worthwhile. I'd prefer a guy with better secondaries at P. Allstar than a guy like you have with superstar.

, he have much better secondaries, really good JS . Maybe PA could be better, bet still it's a good player, i think. He is 7'5'' , so his primary abilities will train fast, yeap?

I think his overall skills are a bit low, because he will be 20 soon and only has 52 total skill points if I translated correctly. You can get a fresh 18yo superstar trainee for cheap after the draft (I bought one with 51 TSP for 15k this season).
If you want to buy a new trainee, I strongly suggest you wait until after the draft. You'll have plenty of choice and you can get a good price.

To be honest with you. If I were you I would fire those two guys immediately - there is no point in training a 19yo with total skills of 40. You can take a look at guys at my roster in utopia - this is how 19yo can look like at the age of 19 (and most of them were bought dirty cheap after the draft).
So hold your horses, read as much as you can about training before the draft and than try to buy some youngsters straight from the draft. You can get lucky and draft one hot prospect yourself.

It is very much up to the distribution of the points. Normally I would look for players at around 50TSP (when the season begins - before the end of the season surely over 55/58, as they will be 19yo soon) - the more, the better.
But you will see when the draft madness will begin on the TL what players will be available for decent prices... The transfer list will tell you - just take some time three-five days after the draft.

As others said, search the transfer list after the draft, you'll find much better trainees for cheap.
But more importantly, you'll get better feeling about which players are worthy of training, and which are basically worthless..
