Taking a long time now... admittedly I haven't played for that many seasons, but I don't remember it ever being offline for this long (in regards to the "Manage My Team" option).

from memory last off season they announced that this page would be unavailable while some of the processing was happening. Can't be sure but I think it was 24 or more hours and it is quite likely it is just due to off season processing and they've forgotten to mention the page will be offline again
