the problem is simple, the long menu was pointing to the wrong page... you want manage/bookmarks.aspx, not prefs/bookmarks.aspx

prefs/bookmarks.aspx was an old page we haven't been updating, i will change the long menu now.

It seems to work now. Atleast in firefox. Will check this for a few days, but I think you have fixed it:)
