To all NT owners:

This line up is not yet final we are fielding 16 players only for now. Our game shape is not that good (90% respectable). Instead of a sure win against Lubnan it is going to be a closer first game for us. After all star break we will add some more 24-25 year olds who are still training. Thank you for not overplaying your players. I had to drop one of our Centers because the Manager was overplaying him against a bot team (cup game) resulting in poor game shape of mediocre. 120+ minutes by my count. If any of you dont want your players to be included in the NT let me know right away habang walang pang NT enthu reset so I can give it to other Managers who manages their minutes well.

I would rather have 100k guys who have proficient game shape that 200k guys who have mediocre game shape. Thank you and have a nice day.

sorry about sa GS ni dela pena ... hindi kasi pinaupo nung 1st game sa OT win ng team ... kaya naging madugo yung GS .. bawi ako next time ...

Tama yan coach, we need to reward managers who manage game shape well. Yun naman ang tama talaga. it's not always about who has better players in this game but who can manage their players in a three game week. I started the season with injuries so I am expecting to lose this first 2 weeks. Kaya ko naman humabol wag la ma injure buong roster ko.

Parang may player ka sa team (in real life) ikaw ang coach tapos sisipot na lasing. Wala naman matutuwa doon. Keep it up you are doing a good job. Pm me if you need any help in scouting teams, I have free time. A 100k player is surprisingly a few skill points behind a 200k player its not a big deal. Go Pilipinas!

Am not implying that anyone of you posting here doesn't know the rules on discharging NT/u21 players from the team.

I'm just saying this coz maybe you didn't happen to know about this. Once the enthu of the NT is reset this Saturday every player you kick from the NT squad gives you one negative team enthu drop. I repeat EVERY PLAYER. Gameshape issue is there always. There is nothing a NT manager can do about it. So if anyone is thinking of rewarding good and bad gameshape by kicking players from the team after this Saturday please reconsider that idea.

That is one of the perils of the NT squad you as a NT manager has no control over... game shape. It is part of what we call "luck of the game". You just need to follow your guts whether you picked the right player for the team. Based on experience the 200k bigs are usually the ones with bad game shape because they usually end up playing so many minutes or they get sold every so often since the managers can't afford their salaries.

Again I'm assuming that you don't know about the enthu drop penalty since that is how I am reading what you are writing. If I assumed wrong I am sorry. Just want to help keep our team enthu intact by posting this. Good day.

Speaking for Cleofas, I cannot guarantee optimum 64 mins as suggested but I can guarantee that I will never overuse him. Expect around 75 mins use per week from him.

23 pa lang naman si Musa you still have the whole season to finish 80% of his training. We need guards who can score inside. Good progress. He might not be suitable as a sf because of his low rebounding. I would go inside shot/jumprange/inside def hulihin ko jr para hindi tumaas sweldo niya agad. Madami na tayong outside shooter. Kung trip mo point guard pwede din.

At this point i think you have to choose whether PG siya or SG. My advice is for you train him on what your team needs in the PPL. Later on we can make him more versatile. Mukhang papasok siya sa nt by season 32. I have read in the past forums that you are still not too sure what you want to do with him kung sf or pg. Good luck we can use him either way.
