I looked at the current team of Japan, more than half the players playing abroad.
All of you writing in English on Japan BB forums.
My opinion is that knowing of English enough to be the manager of Japan NT.

I know the NT system (and I was manager of South Africa U21 NT and Serbia NT).

He knows our players, our needs, our community.

If I become manager of Japan NT, for 2-3 days I will know all your players who can play in Japan NT.
Also, each manager will receive a BB-mail from me with instructions how to train their players (if they want to help Japan NT).

Your needs are probably the same as all the other BB community (to make a better players for the NT team and better place in the continental championship)

This is correct.

Just for the information, I havr the will AND the capacity to create useful tools for detecting and following nt players.

I already made it for France and I think it's necessary. It could come alongside à new communication tool.

That'd be cool Jabby. Regardless of the outcome of the election, would you still be interested in creating it? Or would it be contingent upon your getting the position?

As I have a lot of work at the moment and other personnal issues, I didn't took time to post a speech this time.

Well that made that decision easy. I have a lot of contact with the U21 manager but the NT seems to be a world away and has never shown any interest that I am aware of in anything outside the JBBL. However I do have a preference for a Japanese manager.

So Izaman or BG. May I ask you both a question, what will you both do to try and improve communication with the rest of Japan outside the JBBL and long term planning?

Wow Wolph, I'm amazed at the lack of scope of your vision.

Have a look around: pretty much every successful nation has an offsite forum where they can discuss NTs/U21 - kinda like this: (http://nippon-bb.forumjap.com/). Not a single soul mentioned anything about posting information publicly. Use your wits man.

Are you coming across as "elitist"? No, but you're coming across as a bit small-minded. I have no idea why you're attacking me for asking questions that SHOULD be asked. You're not even RUNNING for election! Bizarre, that you'd get so defensive over something that you're not even involved in.

Don't tell me about "any nation with 150 users... ", because - and let's be honest here - you simply don't know. Have you checked? I have. For example, the US welcomes involvement of members at any level, and encourages people to be involved in scouting teams and other aspects of planning. There's no reason at all why we couldn't have a more open book policy regarding what's going on at all levels of National representation, and fostering a better community.

Yes, this all involves Taiyo. And he's actually spoken to me several times about the U21 team. But it also should be about the National team, and about those who *should* be a little more community-minded.
If you can't see that, then perhaps it's time for you to stop talking.

Running the NT isn't difficult - its just time consuming.

Anyone able to devote the time to running the Nippon NT can do a great job but is limited with the resources.... if we were talking about a 500+ userbase nation then of course its a different story but lets be fair our NT picks itself based on Gameshape....and if anyone wants to argue that its not that simple you are over analysing the situation.

Furusawa is 26 - has recd training all last season and is only 1 skill up from capping out as a big man... (1 IS for sure, probably 1 RB and maybe 1.5 ID).... did you want me to give him that and then not squeeze anymore handling out of him or the JS that he got recently?

Your argument on Ochi is equally weak... he wins matches because of his IS. Maybe not at NT level but at club level you all bitch and moan about my LI tactic, what you overlook is I've built 2 guys with great OD and IS... very rare - so when I don't have a JS advantage anymore because everyone has shored up their outside defence, I know you can't contain my big men.... so again, don't complain that LI is too powerful when you haven't got the players to combat the tactic.

Back to the NT - its more about dedication and so in my opinion it should go to the most passionate/capable manager. Have fun with the NT and enjoy communicating with our managers.... a lot of people would love to be living and working in Japan and I would hope not all the BB mails are just about training etc.

I've made some good friends in the seasons I've played this game through regular communication and managing our NT allows you to do this as well as engross yourself deeper into the game itself.

I would not blackmail you saying I wil not do it if I'm not elected. Fact is, I'll probably not take the time to do it and focus on something else (my team, helping our NT or whatever) rather than spending time on something that will not be useful to me ;).

For the fact of me not posting a speech, once again I'm sorry to do it like that but even if I wanted to do so I really don't have time to do it, so I prefer not doing anything than an half assed speech ^^. I will, hopefuly, have more time if I go to the second round ^^

Awesome. You have a database. Did you share it? Aaaah... therein lies the problem Wolph.

I think its a great idea to have multiple people involved, and in USA THEY NEED IT.

Now if you can't see that, they you are not THE GUY to manage japan, and THE GUY, sorry to say it DOESNT NEED HELP...REALLY.... as Samurai stated.

You are talking about, at each age, about 5 players worth EVEN CONSIDERING. YOu don't need an offsite database, you don't need 5 cooks. If you are catering a wedding for 600 people, then you need a couple cooks, dish washers, waiters etc.... If you are having a couple dudes over for poker night..... You need one guy ,or just let the host clean it all up in the morning (which sucks but hey).

What are you talking about? That was merely in response to you saying that I wouldn't be able to be involved in a big country's program!
And Wolph... I'm not running for election. I have just asked questions - but you keep jumping in. And unless I missed something, you're not running for election either - so please refrain from responding to my questions.
