Not trying to look for trouble but I would just like to say something. PH-Cezzz is the one person I know who has had the most contribution and impact in terms of training our national squads whether it is the U21 or the National team. I think most of the veterans here would agree with me. If it weren't for Cezzz you would not have a Dispo nor a Putong right now in our midst. He was the one who inspired me to run before for the U21 position. Along the way I knew several managers who became good friends who trained players including some NT players we have now. He also has helped train NT players we have now Denaque and Ulan Cantara to name two.
His wisdom given to me which I in turn gave to others has inspired a new generation of managers who used to have trouble going up the leagues and always was stuck in the lower leagues. Even if he hasn't held a position in the national squads for several seasons he continues to mentor people behind the scenes without fanfare.
I think we can do away with trying call out people. NT team frankly isn't as exciting as the U21 team. Every season its the same old faces unlike the U21 team which changes every season. In consolation tournament which is frankly meaningless there really isn't much to post about. The smaller the player base the harder it is to succeed in NT. All I ask is please let's do away with all the bad habits we used to have by pointing fingers left and right. One reason why I stopped posting in the forums is I got tired of people complaining how we do not help even if we try our best to make people understand how the game works.
I've seen how Fearless Forecast have been posting in several league forums on trying to fire up newer teams to be interested in training the next generation of players which I find very admirable and inspiring. The more active and better teams in the top leagues especially league 2 and league 1 the better our chances of keeping our own NT players.
Veterans are here to help just ask in a polite way and help will be given. Just have an open mind on what is being said. BB isn't a short term game that one season you will be at the top. If you don't have the patience to grow your team for several seasons then BB isn't the game for you. Just being blunt.
And when I mean help you also need to help whoever is mentoring you by constantly updating your players progress. I think Coach Morwood would agree with me there are a lot of good potentials that just refuse to answer PM's.
Good day all and more power to our National teams.
