i have a hall of famer and his training speed is fairly good compared to other 19-20 years old. if he already has some ability, you can easily develop him.

I have one more question the problem is he is a shooting guard his jump shot is a 3 and jump range is a 5 is it going to be a problem training his jumpshot and jumprange to a 8

the only problem that I see is that it will take a longer time to take his shot and range to 8... but if you have no problems with that, then it's fine
