Just a note for the next coaches...

You'll want to grab a scouting list sometime before tomorrow. It makes it easy when you can sort 18 and 19 year olds with 0 DMI. (0 DMI = no game action, no training minutes, no training done)

Then you don't get mixed up with 18 and 19 year olds from last season which are in fact 19 and 20 now depending on when the database of players ages gets updated.

I assume you know of Online NT Scout. It's great.

Good point, I already started on mine (~6 leagues to scout it's not that time consuming). Of course I'll share it with whoever wins, it's just a list of players at the moment

It's pretty quiet in here...
Anybody wants to jump in with questions?
What would you like the future U21 to be?
If you're training young canadian players, how important for you is that they are selected in the U21?

It's clear that Fwinns is passionate. I can assure you he is committed. I didn't have as much help last year as I was promised, I realize people get more busy than they want to be, but when the going got tough late in the season.. Fwinns stepped up and gave ideas and support when not too many others did. So I support his application.. for what it's worth of course.

Good luck..

My question is, when can you start?
