Thanks bud. Been a (lazy) sleeping giant too long. I.e., sitting on a big bank balance without the drive to look at the TL. All i had to do last season was pick up a player like Hardin (and actually set my lineups) to promote...

Trying to promote this season will be more challenging, are there are a lot of great teams - but if i don't, my trainee's salaries will become unsustainable and I don't want to sell them!

how much have you manged to save?

Erm, only have about $10 cash mil now, but about $25m in assets ($35m total) i would estimate.

not a good week. 2 OT games both losses and likely game shape shot next week.
ah well. the ball is round, perhaps next week will be better.

Cws33 here and its time again for this week's Div II.4 survivor-fest.....in last weeks action the Flash Mashers were hustled by the Boston Scammers ...and I must have been delirious in select the Masher as they are in full tank mode....

So whats in store for this week's contestants?


San Diego Eagles (5-1) vs Div III Streetlight Nightmare (4-2) - Will the Eagles be scared or in the dark? Nope they will soar against a good Div III team....

Rocket Science (3-3) vs Div IV Jarheads (3-3) - While I have always liked marines I thing air superiority will prevail in this one....

Ice Man (4-2) @ Div III Indianapolis Icers (1-5) - In this epic battle of the cold I think the Man will show sell he is the Man and ice the midwesterners....

Sungazers (4-2) @ NBBA - TarTeam (4-2) - First battle this year against a NBBA team....I think the Sungrazers will flame out on the road in this one...

Dallas Mavericks41 (1-5) vs Div III South Beach Heat (1-5) - Tricky matchup here but the Mavericks will ride this one out....

Beware of Dogs (5-1) vs Div III Eclypse (3-3) - The Dogs will turn the lights out on the Eclypse in this one.

EDH Wolves (3-3) vs Div IV California Quakes (6-0) - Will the wolves have a big bite or will the quakes shake things up on this? The wolves will nip them in the end in a close one....

Funky Town Fire (3-3) vs Div III Rogues (4-2) - Could be a tricky game but the Fire wont have this one stolen from them.....

Nomads (2-4) vs Div III Cyborgs (5-1) - A couple of teams that have rested some of their starters for this battle, but the Nomads will march by the Cyborgs in this very close affair due to HCA ...

Red Robots (0-6) vs Div II Diorite Pistons (2-4) - Another close matchup where teams have rested starters but I see the Pistons working on all cylinders in this one.....

Next week we will see how our Competing Leagues are doing.....as we are down one....

but in last weeks action....

the Sungrazers fire was extinguished by the TarTeam....the Nomads got lost and were botified by the Cyborgs....and the Red Robots were thrown a shade by the Pistons....
